What we do

We plan and facilitate transformative gatherings

The kind where… people experience unexpected “aha!” moments, build sincere connections, and relax into candid conversations. Where bridges are built between divergent perspectives, and seeds are planted for projects which will shift the needle on some of the world's most pressing problems.

We work with you to: shape a bold vision for your community, manage every operational detail, and lead workshops which deepen connection, creativity and agency.

Whether you are an organisational leader, field-builder, or just want the ecosystem around you to be stronger and more connected – let's collaborate.

Ways of working

How much of it do you want us to carry?

All of it

Own the whole event

We run everything end to end. You input just where your expertise and vision are needed.

Most of it

Run the delivery

We take on the project management and production; you keep hold of the content and vision.

The key moments

Craft the sessions that matter

We design and run the workshops and moments your event hinges on; you own the rest.

The odd bits

Plug the gaps

We do just the bits where you don't have capacity. You're free to focus on what you do best.

Just the thinking

Advise from the wings

We consult on content, stakeholders, and design, bringing deep ecosystem context.
